Free class takes place every Wednesday (school term time) from 5-6pm at Bruce Grove Youth Club N17.
Learn practical martial arts and self defence from Glenn, a Martial Arts Master.
You'll learn and develop your knowledge & skills in a safe and friendly space.
10-18 years. All abilities and beginners are welcome.
Those with martial arts experience will find this class is perfect to develop knowledge and technique and grades are regularly undertaken.
