Self defence - practical workshops where the emphasis is on staying safe.  All instruction is taught in a positive environment

Pad work - students are empowered as they use focus pads and kick shields to feel the power of good technique


Film, Fight, Fitness - Introduction to fight choreography and mobile phone apps to create a short film


Martial art history, technique & philosophy workshops

Instructors have enhanced DBS for working with young people and vulnerable people

All necessary documents and checks are carried out before the first class

Outside of our regular class schedule, we offer a range of bespoke classes and workshop formats for individuals, groups, and companies for all ages and abilities.  To ensure accessibility, we can also work within a set budget to suit your organisation's or individual needs.
