Hi everyone, We are currently at Phase Three in what we are allowed to do when we start training from Friday 21 May

This means the following:

1 - You need to do a lateral flow test and have a negative result (on the day) before coming training - You cannot train unless you have done this

2 - You need to book with me prior to training (It’s first come, first served via email please, for every week until restrictions ease further) as I need to keep an eye on the class numbers.

Also, everyone must complete and return to me a Physically Active Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) before they attend their first class (see link below). It’s been a while since we trained and I need ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable class:

3 - You need to wear a face mask when in the general areas of the gym but can remove it in the training hall if you want to

4 - We can do pad-work and non-contact sparring - this will be your choice

5 - Changing rooms are open but they are asking we try to avoid using them if possible. Shower gel appears to have been removed so bring your own if you are using!

Please bring your own water bottle and towel
